2023 Girls Championships @ Golden One Center

It was quite a night for our Buzzardball Girl teams as they took the floor at Golden One Center to compete in the 2023 Buzzardball Championships. Congratulations to the Chicago Sky, New York Liberty + Las Vegas Aces Gold Team
Fun Facts
Coach Nate Solov became just the fourth coach to win multiple Buzzardball titles (won with the 56-NBA Dallas Mavericks) and the first to win with a girls team and boys team
The 56-WNBA New York Liberty made it back-to-back championships with their victory. The Liberty become the second team to win back-to-back titles (last team were the Minnesota Lynx coached by Eric London).
Kudos to our 78-WNBA team that played against each other all season long. They produced a great game that came down to the final shot of the game. Big thank you to coaches Steve Gill and Julie Leopold for leading the squads
